Tale of a Metropolitan
Those sightless eyes, that thoughtless mind.
Looks down upon yore streets so lone,
When night descends and twinkle stars,
Upon the earth, a gaping hole.
The sky-high forms and winding lanes;
A hinting note at science and wars,
Still nature gleams on windowpanes.
The wordless name, the formless face.
Reflects upon the crowd and tide,
Of dames and gents to rich homes born,
Of modern days, the so-called pride.
Their pitiless hearts and soulless lives;
A stain upon its noble form -
Within its heart, they sting as knives.
The humble pride, the step-less stride.

Spring Joy
Earth reawakens and blossoms again.

Super Silly Puddy and Glue
I saw our bus stop with her little blue bag. I felt bad because no one was talking to her or even paying attention to her because she was the new girl. So I walked up to her and said, "Hi, I'm Crystal. What's your name?"
She answered with a small voice, "I'm Min Chen and I came from China. Whose class are you in this year?
"I'm in Miss Lightbody's Class," I answered then asked," Would you like to sit with me on the bus?"
"So am I!" she squealed with excitement, "Sure I would love to sit with you."
She was Min Chen, small, spontaneous, and the nicest most exciting person I have ever met. Min and I have been best friends since the third grade and ever since we first saw each other, we new this would be a very exciting friendship. And we were right.
"OH NO!" we screamed down a hall at fountainhead, "Run he's coming! Min screamed back at me. It was toward the middle of third grade, and Min and I had just played the meanest prank on the worst matinence man at fountainhead.
We had put super glue on his door knob and rang his doorbell so when he came out and shut the door behind himself, his hand would get stuck on the door knob. Not just that, we had coated the floor beneath the door with our secret recipe, super silly puddy. This wasn't just regular puddy it was well, our secret. We didn't think it would just stick to the bottom of your shoe, but get you stuck to the floor for hours. Well, at least we both thought it would.
We ran and hid behind a door, ready to see what would happen to the man we abhorred more then anything ever. He came out, but it didn't stick. "He spotted us! Min shrieked, 'He's coming!" We came to the elevator and stairs and had to make a choice and make it fast, it was whether to use the stairs or the elevator.
"The elevator will take too long!" I screamed back at her, "We'll have to use the stairs!"
"RUN!" Min blasted with fear.
"Safe!" we both breathed with relief. Just in time too, we saw him pounce up the stairs and look both ways for us but we sprinted to Min's apartment on the fifth floor just in time.
"Hello girls. Why do you look so stunned?" Min's mother asked.
"We're not stunned, we're relived." I sighed.
"Let's go inside before he sees us." Min whispered to me.
"What was that? What exactly were you two girls doing?" Min's mothered asked suspiciously.
"Well..." We told Min's mother and father the whole story and promised never to do anything like that again, even if we really hated someone. You think we got out easy don't you, well you're wrong! We apologized on Monday morning and got grounded by our parents for the rest of the weekend before school. Everyone knew we were famous because of our prank, but we were just proud because he was never and old grouch again. At least to Min and I.

The Magic Cardboard Game
Once upon a time, there was a girl named Rosy. She loved to read and play games. One day, she decided to make her own game out of cardboard. She went to get her bicycle and started her project, since she didn't have school. Then she colored the cardboard pink with markers. Then she started to glue the cardboard together. When she was done making her cardboard game, she went outside to play her game.
All of a sudden, a magical thing happened. She found out that the cardboard was not pink anymore! It was all her favourite colours!!! It was the color of a rainbow. She ran to her daddy and told him about it. He got so excited. THen they both sold it for a million dollars and lived happily ever after.
